Harsax Management Company’s real estate management experience spans over six decades and three generations of the Sacks family. Harry Sacks, a Cleveland native, began building single family houses in the 1950’s. In 1967, he was succeeded by his son Ken who began developing apartment properties. Ken formed Harsax Inc., a management entity named after his late father. Harsax Inc. soon branched out into other areas of real estate development and management including office and retail buildings, and light industrial office/warehouse properties. Ken was joined by his son Randy in 1989, and David Cooper, Vice President of Harsax, in 1994.
Currently, Harsax manages multifamily properties in Cuyahoga, Medina and Lake Counties and has broken ground on its newest property, The Villas of Fox Hollow in Brunswick, OH. In addition to its multifamily holdings, Harsax Management Company has developed and manages over one million square feet of light industrial "flex space", office buildings and retail space across the greater Cleveland area.
For over 60 years, Harsax has been a local family-operated real estate development firm and general contractor, building everything from luxury homes and condominiums to multi-family, industrial, and commercial properties of all types. As general contractors with long-standing relationships with local suppliers and sub-contractors, Harsax offers quality new construction, both residential properties and commercial build-to-suit, as well as office build-outs and alterations at competitive prices, while adhering to ambitious schedules.
